E-Inventory Update does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers. The App functions entirely offline. All data you record is stored locally on your device only.
While you may enter personal information as part of your records (such as supplier details), this information is only visible to you and never leaves your device. This locally-stored data includes:
- Supplier Information: Supplier ID, name or brand, contact number, email (optional), and address (optional).
- Stock Records: Product name, code, category, buy price, sell price, quantity, notes, and supplier reference.
- Stock Activity Logs: The app groups your entries by date for easy reference — this data also remains on your device.
How We Use Information
All data entered in E-Inventory Update is used only to display and organize your inventory within the app. We do not transmit or share any of this information externally.
The app helps you track items purchased from suppliers, calculate expected profit, and view stock summaries. No internet connection or cloud account is required.
Data Retention & Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device. You can edit or delete any stock or supplier information at any time. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all saved data from your device.
Third-Party Services
E-Inventory Update does not use any third-party services such as analytics, ads, or online storage. Your information never leaves your device.
Please note that Google Play may independently collect diagnostic or crash data as part of its normal operation, handled under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Data Security
Because your data is stored locally and never sent to external servers, it remains private and secure. Your device’s own security measures (like PIN or encryption) protect your data.
If your device is lost or data deleted, it cannot be recovered.
App Permissions
E-Inventory Update does not request access to sensitive permissions such as camera, contacts, or location. All features function without these permissions.
Children’s Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through using the app, please contact us for assistance.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be shown in the “Last updated” date above. If any major change occurs (such as collecting new data), users will be informed through an app update or notice.
